Description

OUR THREE-DAY MAXIMISE AIRBAG CAMP BEGINS OCTOBER 4,5,6TH. THIS CAMP IS OPEN FOR ALL ATHLETES WHO ARE NEW TO OUR PROGRAM OR CONTINUING THEIR FALL TRAINING. THIS CAMP HIGHLIGHTS THOSE LOOKING TO WORK ON NEW SKILLS, PROGRESS EXISTING SKILLS AND CERTIFY SKILLS THAT ARE READY FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON! ALL ATHLETES WILL HAVE DEISGNATED TIMES TO USE THE SUPER TRAMPOLINE, TWO (2) HOUR SESSIONS ON THE AIR BAG FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. ASWELL, (1) TWO HOUR SESSION SUNDAY. & LUNCH

*PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE THE PROPER EQUIPMENT (HELMETS, GLOVES, SKIS WITHOUT EDGE BREAKS.

MOST ATHLETES PACK :

RUNNING SHOES FOR WARM UP, COOLER WITH LUNCH INSIDE, EXTRA WATER BOTTLE, SUNCREEN, TOWEL. PARENTS PLEASE PACK AN UMBRELLA FOR ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS. PACKING WATERPROOF JACKETS AND PANTS IS ESSENTIAL FOR AIRBAG TRAINING. DURING THE FALL SEASON MOST ATHLETES WEAR A WETSUIT. GLOVES ARE ALWAYS WARN AT THIS TIME DURING THE FALL SEASON.
