Description
With the announcement of Blackcomb Glacier/ Momentum closing for the summer season. Contender will be unveiling two on-hill camps in both Spring and Fall. First, we are excited to announce our Whistler Spring Camp. This trip runs from May 02 – May 14 in Whistler B.C. There are two spring parks available, Black Park & Blue Park. This facility hosts progression with a large variety of feature sizes and difficulties. The training camp hosts an on-hill 45′ jump to slope-landing-airbag right next to the Black Park. All coaches and athletes will be guests in the Tantalus Lodge for 12 nights hosting a short walk to the Gondola/ Whistler Village. Coaches will be chaperoning afternoon acitivities as-well preparing breakfast, lunch & dinner. Take advantage of using the on-hill airbag training and bring your new skills to snow. This is great opportunity to work through your certification proccess with our 9 days on-hill.
