Privacy Policy Overview: At Contender Freeski, safeguarding your privacy is our top priority. We understand the importance of your personal information and are dedicated to ensuring that it is protected when you engage with our website, sign up for our training programs, or purchase any of our services. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect, how we use that information, and the measures we take to protect it. By using our website, enrolling in our programs, or availing of our services, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this policy. We believe in complete transparency, and as such, we ensure that all our practices are aligned with the highest standards of privacy protection. Whether you’re a participant in our programs or simply browsing our site, we want you to feel confident that your privacy is respected and your information is secure.

Refund Policy: We strive to offer the best programs and services, but we understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund.

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and clear: –

**Before Program Start:** If you decide to withdraw from the program before it begins, you are entitled to a full refund, less a nominal processing fee. This fee covers administrative costs and ensures that our spots are reserved for committed participants. –

**After Program Commencement:** Once the program has started, refunds are generally not available. However, in exceptional cases, such as severe injury or illness that prevents participation, refunds may be considered. A doctor’s note will be required to substantiate such claims.

**Missed Sessions:** Please note that refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, regardless of the reason. Additionally, if a participant is unable to meet the mandatory skill requirements (e.g., spinning a 540, sliding a rail, and skiing comfortably in a terrain park), no refund will be provided. We encourage participants to carefully review the program requirements before enrolling to ensure they meet the necessary criteria.

**Delivery Policy:** At Contender Freeski, we do not ship physical goods. Instead, all program-related information, including schedules, updates, and instructional materials, are delivered electronically. Here’s how we handle the delivery of our services.

**Electronic Communication:** All relevant information, including program details, schedules, and any changes, will be communicated via email or through our online portal. To ensure you receive all necessary communications, please make sure your email address and other contact information are current and accurate. –

**Access to Materials:** Participants will have access to all necessary materials online, which can be downloaded or accessed through our secure platform. We take steps to ensure that all digital content is available promptly and reliably. –

**Communication of Changes:** If there are any updates or changes to the program schedule or content, participants will be notified well in advance. It is important to regularly check your email and our online portal to stay informed. We are committed to providing a seamless digital experience, ensuring that all participants have the information they need when they need it.

**Return Policy:** Given that Contender Freeski offers training programs and services rather than physical products, a traditional return policy does not apply. However, we value our participants’ satisfaction and are committed to resolving any issues that may arise: –

**Service Quality:** If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our program or service, we encourage you to contact our support team. We are here to listen to your concerns and work towards a resolution that meets your needs. –

**No Physical Goods:** As our offerings are service-based, there is no need to return any items. However, if there are issues with access to digital content or online resources, please let us know so we can promptly address them.

**Program Satisfaction:** Our goal is to ensure that every participant finds value in our program. If you believe the program is not meeting your expectations, please reach out to us so we can discuss your concerns and explore potential solutions. Your feedback is important to us, and we are always looking for ways to improve our offerings.

**Cancellation Policy:** We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your participation in our program. Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible while also ensuring that our program remains sustainable: –

**Advance Cancellations:** If you need to cancel your participation more than 30 days before the program start date, you will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee. This allows us to manage program logistics and ensure that spots are available for other interested participants.

**Late Cancellations:** For cancellations made within 30 days of the program start date, a partial refund may be offered, depending on the reason for cancellation. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness. –

**No Cancellations After Start:** Once the program has begun, cancellations are generally not eligible for a refund. However, in cases of severe injury or illness that prevent continued participation, exceptions may be made. We require a doctor’s note to consider such requests.

**Skill Requirements:** Please ensure you meet the program’s skill requirements (e.g., spinning a 540, sliding a rail, skiing in a terrain park) before enrolling. Failure to meet these requirements does not qualify for a refund. We aim to be as accommodating as possible, but we also need to maintain program integrity and ensure a positive experience for all participants.

**Program Requirements:** To ensure the success and safety of all participants, our 13-week program has specific entry requirements. These requirements are in place to maintain the high standard of training that Contender Freeski is known for:

**Skill Prerequisites:** Participants must be able to spin a 540, slide a rail, and comfortably ski in a terrain park. These skills are essential for both High-Performance athletes and those learning to compete. The program is designed to build on these foundational abilities.

**Commitment:** Participants are expected to fully commit to the 13-week program. Regular attendance and active participation are crucial for achieving the best results.

**Safety:** Safety is our top priority. All participants must adhere to the safety guidelines provided by our coaches. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the program without a refund.

**Limited Spots:** The program is limited to 40 registration spots for the 2023/2024 ski season. This ensures personalized attention and high-quality training for each participant. We encourage all prospective participants to carefully review these requirements and ensure they are prepared for the commitment involved.
